Passion
The Chaudhry family has been recycling ships in Mumbai, Mangalore, and Alang since 1956, making us the pioneers of ship recycling in India. Our skills, experience, and commitment to the industry have been passed down through the generations. Over more than fifty years now, we have traded in countless shiploads of scrap and finished steel products from around the world. We have worked with recycling factories, power plants and even military tanks from Kuwait. A passion for ethical recycling projects is part of the Salasar Balaji DNA.
